Shipping & Returns


Available to customers in Canada and the US. Please allow for 2 business days to assemble and package your item(s) before shipping.

All items are shipped with Canada Post or USPS and there may be shipping upgrades available to you at checkout.



We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders across Canada. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped, as well as insurance on your order.



We offer flat-rate shipping to the USA. All orders will come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information is correct before placing your order, as once your order has been submitted and processed, we cannot make any changes to it.



The Acrylic Way is not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you suspect your parcel has been misplaced, please contact your shipping provider to file this concern. If your package is returned due to an incorrect mailing address, additional shipping fees will be charged for re-shipping of the order (refunds will not be provided for the items returned).

Shipping prices are subject to change depending on weight and size of your package. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

The Acrylic Way will not cover any additional fees, including duties/customs. This is the responsibility of the customer, if charges apply.



We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on items, unless for defective materials.

After receiving your item, you'll have a period of 48-hours to inform us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any items purchased, customized, and deemed defective afterwards (due to user negligence or otherwise) will not be accepted.

To report a defective product or material:

  • Items must be uncut and unused.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of use.
  • You must have a proof of purchase.


To report a defective product, send a photo of the defective item via mail at, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will investigate the issue and send a confirmation email once we concluded about your reported item(s).

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
